Aaron has been in the restaurant industry since he was seventeen.  He has worked in Toronto, Whistler, Vancouver and Montreal and worked in every position in front and back of house.  Aaron had the advantage of being able to draw from the training from his mother who was Head of Human Resources for a large pharmaceutical company and his fathers practical, hands on, problem solving ways from being in the construction business.  He has taken and taught multiple courses on wine, has certificates from the Pacific Rim Institute of Tourism, computer and technology education from British Columbia Institute of Technology, and is constantly upgrading his knowledge of the industry. Aaron is currently the owner operator of The Claremont Cafe in Montreal, local food writer for the Westmount Independent and is always exploring new ideas for restaurant concepts and ideas.  After a recent stint food blogging for Tourisme Montreal and Sid Lee he has taken his training (Intellectual Property, Public Relations, Social Networking, etc) and decided to translate it into his own purposes.  With this and twenty years in the restaurant business, he is excited at all possiblities of future prospects and business ventures!
